CANCELLATION POLICY

It is a 14 day cancellation policy.  That means if you cancel with less than 14 days of your arrival,  you will be responsible for the rooms unless we can re-book them.  If we re-book your rooms we will refund your deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee, if you cancel more than 14 days of your arrival, we will automatically refund your deposit less the $25.00 cancellation fee.

We require 30 days notice for booking of 5 or more rooms.  A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and payment of the balance is required 14 days prior to arrival.

• All our rooms accomodate 2 guests, we have no roll-away beds available. Our suites accomodate maximum 4 guests.
• SOME HOLIDAYS and weekends require a multi-night minimum stay.
• RATES are for double occupancy and included complimentary full service breakfast.  Sales and lodging tax not included in quoted rates.  Rates are subject to change.
• PAYMENT may be made by cash, check, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express.  Your credit card deposit is processed at the time of booking.
• A 10% DISCOUNT is offered to ALL active and retired military.  Other discounts are also offered to AARP and travel industry members, as well as others.  Please ask for details.  (Only one discount may apply and discounts may not be combined with gift certificates and other promotions.)
